Anna Lisa Sorcinelligraduated with honors in piano from the G. Rossini Conservatory in Pesaro and in chamber music at the St. Cecily Conservatory in Rome and at the Incontri col Maestro International Piano Academy in Imola, augmenting meantime her studies with composition courses. She has also been attending master classes with famous pianists like Aquiles Delle Vigne, Kathryn Stott, Aldo Ciccolini, Cristina Ortiz.
Anna Lisa has performed solo and chamber music interpretations on piano for several italian and foreign concert institutions (the international Festival From Bach to Bartok in Imola, Muse Theatre of Ancona, Ente Concerti in Pesaro, Umanitaria Society of Milan, Yamaha Italia in Milan, Tempietto Society of Rome, San Gallo Consulate–CH, Amici della Musica Concert Society of Ancona, etc.).
She has also participated as a host for other music-related activities (musics for drama, collaboration master for opera, accompaniment for singers and vocal groups, co-operation with instrumental groups, basso continuo player on harpsichord and organ, lecture-concerts, listening guides for concerts and musical seasons' direction).
She has collaborated with the Martin Luter Universitat Orchestra in Halle, with the percussionist Giacomo Sebastianelli (winning an international prize from the Lions' Club and performing very well received contemporary pieces, premieres included) and with internationally renowned musicians like the violinist Dejan Bogdanovich and the clarinetist Dimitri Ashkenazy.
She is the founder and pianist of Zamenhof Quartet (piano and strings) sponsored by the Italian Esperanto Federation.
She has also performed musics for drama, accompanyed singers, co-operated with instrumental and vocal groups, played basso continuo on harpsichord and organ, played concerts and classical music entertainments on a MSC Cruise Ship, played lecture-concerts, presented listening guides for concert seasons, directed music festivals. Anna Lisa's repertoire ranges from Scarlatti to the present day. Her CD Le piano joyeux, labelled by Terresommerse-Rome, received reviews from prestigious music magazines (Amadeus).
